Breakfast Recipe – CADA – Coconut, Apple, Date and Almond
an apple (your favourite variety)
handful of dates
handful of almonds
handful of coconut
Directions
Pop all the ingredients in a food processor and process till they are your desired consistency and texture.
Serve as it or with other fruits, or yogurt.
This breakfast is delicious and will sustain your for hours.
