Recipe – Hummous Dip
1 X 450 gm tinned organic chickpeas or Garbanzo Beans(you can use sprouted* or soaked and cooked* if you like see below for instructions)
3 tablespoon of cold pressed oil (macadamia or olive)
1-2 cloves of garlic
6 tablespoons of lemon juice
3 tablespoons of tahini
3 tablespoons of fresh herbs (I use a variety to provide different flavors – parsley, corriander, even basil experiement and see which you like best)
