Natural Skin Care – Lemon Skin Drink
This recipe was supplied by naturapath Ananda Mahoney of Vitale Natural (daily for 1-2 weeks and then 2-3 timers per week after that)
½ juice of one lemon (you can add some of the peel too if you enjoy it)
1 Tablespoon Lecithin
1 Tablespoon flaxseed oil
300mls water
Blend together in your food processer or blender and drink.
This is a great way to deliver nutrition to the skin from within.
